I have endured much fustration at the stiffness of my clutch petal. The TOB was never greased when replaced by the moron who had it last but I have slopped grease as best as I could. Even then its still not real easy. My buds truck same as mine 84TD has a real easy petal and dosent kill your knees and its the origional slave not sure about the rest but i think its origional too. On my truck the Slave bellhousing and TOB was replaced by the guy who had it last. He nover replaced the clutch so its origional and sat for 3 years with a cracked bell housing. what may be a reason for a stiff petal, my leg aches and knee hurts after a long day of driving from job to job and im over it
