OK, I forgot that you have turned up your IP. Next question, what are you trying to do? Burn lots of fuel? Make more power? Melt pistons? Not trying to make fun, just trying to get a handle on your intent. Or is it just a research test to see if a nitrous bottle would help? (help what?) It seems that if you are having problems burning off the extra fuel, why not just turn down the IP until you get higher AFRs and possibly lower EGTs? Melting pistons is probably not your main goal, but adding more oxidizer to a pool of fuel might just do that. That is exactly the thing that turbos can make happen if not regulated and checking EGTs. Introducing the nitrous is dancing to the same tune without the extra plumbing. Of course if you just shoot it for effect, you are rolling coal most of the time. I'm not sold that nitrous is an answer for any reasonable question on these engines.
