Adding A Pillar Gauges to my 1986

So I figure it's time to get some accurate mechanical gauges in my truck. I already have a Banks Trio on the dash and wanted to add a pair of 2" A pillar gauges. It seems in searching there are no exact fit parts. Seems like I read that someone had either used one of these and it fit pretty close http://www.ebay.com/itm/370903520199?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 or they grafted in the 87 and up A pillar trim and it fit reasonably well. Rain down some experience and ideas on me. Thanks
