first time posting long time looker. I have a early 99 f350 super duty (build date 7/98) the other day started it in the morning and had engine miss, it was running fine the day before.there is not a check engine light on, the oil has been changed 1000 miles ago (delo 10w-40) i did not have scanned yet (going to take it monday or tuesday),but i used a laser thermometer and it appears that pass side 1st and 2nd cyl are running colder that the rest.so im thinking uvch, so i cut the pigtail off a ihc bus with a 444e in it (to use as a test lead) and ohmed out injectors.here is where it gets wild on the driver side all 4 injectors were reading 4.0 ohms on 200 ohm setting on meter.when i tested the pass side they were all between 35.0 and 100 with the one fluctuationing between 80-100 ohms.so i am still thinking harness possible injectors. My question is i have 2 sets of injectors from ihc 3800 busses that are known good.i called ford with my vin and build date and they say my injectors are #1-7 AB code and # 8 AF code, the ones from the busses are AD AND AE coded .If i need a injector or 2, if i replace all injectors with the AD-AE code injectors will i have to do anything with the pcm, ficm?any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance BOB It is a 1999 f350 sperduty 4x4 6 speed all stock,no chip
