Any pointers?

Pointers are from someone that has done this...I haven't. But I have an idea?

Make a plate (1/4" or 3/8"?) that fits under the under the passenger's side U-bolt nuts, make the plate long to the rear, and weld your track bar mount to it.

If you had a press you could bend the end 90 degrees for half of the track bar bracket, weld a plate for the other half.

Also, you could mount the track bar to the top of the plate. Every inch you raise the axle end is just like lowering the frame end the same amount.

need to find either the factory braket he cut off or make your own. I am sure someone here can get pics of it. I don't have that on my axle anymore either. got cut off long ago.

cool

I'll work on that one then.

Anyone out there have a pic of the factory bracket.... or someone who sells one that can be welded on? I'll post a pic of the bracket my buddy made... maybe it'll work with the track bar. I'll be back in the shop over the weekend.... hope to get some time to work on it.

Thanks for the help guys!

Maybe you can visualize the plate I was trying to describe. It would simply bolt under the U bolt nuts and extend rearward, then you could weld the bracket to the bottom of it. Or top, depending how much track bar "drop" you needed.
