96 PSD is pushing the dipstick out ???

I noticed today that my 96 PSD ist pushing the dipstick out of the tube after driving for a couple km / miles.
If I open the oil fill cap there is no excessive blow by just a little bit...

Any thoughts what could cause that?
I don't think my PCV is plugged but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Other than that the engine is completely dry, no leaking seals. The oil cooler front housing o-ring and gasket was just starting to leak outside but I fixed this problem yesterday with new o-rings and gaskets
The way DieselTechRon on youtube showed worked great and it's easy to do!

(Engine has 222900 miles)

I think mine pushes up a little bit also, never really worried about it.
Chalked it up to vibration/slight blowby.

Figured it out...the oil was a bit full.
I didn't know the level should be checked when hot and after 10 min. drain down time.
Now the dipstick stays in
