Any weight in truck?

New Brake shoes?

New drums?

Old drums and not turned?

Old drums but turned?

What brand of rear shoes? What grade of shoes?

Please answer each question since we are having to azk as your info is coming sporadically.

Be as thorough as well as complete as you can...every bit helps.

No weight in the truck and I know with no weight that it's easier for the brakes to lock up

There are new drums
Med grade brakes that are new Napa brand but I have never had a issue with Napa brand brakes on any of my cars or smaller trucks

Sorry about the sporatic info I just don't know what you need to know

If you dont know it is better to provide too much info than not enough.

Earlier you said you replaced everything but in same post except cables and stuff...

To me it sounds like an adjustment of shoes....or load **** outta truck and go burnish in

E new shoes....

They likely will calm down some after they are broke in.
