New to the forum.

I am looking at a 92 7.3 dually crew cab 2wd automatic, reported to have 50k miles on it, the body is amazing. I have a 90 f350 with a dana 60 and a 4 speed with OD manual. How hard would a swap into the 92 be?

Thank you

Welcome to the forum. Not sure how to advise but some members can and will give ideas how this is done. Many have done what you want to do. From what I have read in the past. the easiest way of making a swap is to have BOTH trucks side by side. That way you can see exactly what needs to be removed and installed.

since its 2wd, and youre asking this question, I suggest you get a RSK. there is some fab work to be done, hope you have a 220 welder.
I would be doing the reverse shackle and super duty springs.

the ZF5 is a straight swap like stated in the many many threads on here.
pedals, from 87-91 do not swap over to the 92+
trans tunnel cover from the 90 will work.
depending on the 90 cab, you may need driveshafts.
