Hey guys, does someone know if the Ford tanks 86 and earlier have 10 ohms full 78 empty or the other way around. Still troubleshooting my cyberdyne aftermarket gauges.

If my memory serves me correctly, it's 10 ohms full and 78 (I thought it was 70?) ohms empty. I'm not sure I'm correct on that; hopefully someone will confirm or deny that shortly. This was based on a conversation on TDS about 8 years ago...

{on edit} I found the thread...don't know if it'll link properly, but try this. Good luck!

Oh wow that's an oldie but goodie before I even knew about TDS or considered buying a 6.9. Never heard of a 10-70 range these cyberdynes are 10-78 I think or vice versa it said that's what all the early Fords were, so I just went for it, no more than they cost. Maybe I am just getting what I paid for. Time to break out the multimeter and see where the problem lies.
