It seems to idle fine. But I will check that out before I go ahead and spend money on a filter and diesel clean.

Try the filter of Diesel kleen.. $25 for a cheap fix is worth it.

It is the governor in the IP that can set up. I would give it a tanks worth of driving on fresh fuel to see if it clears up. If not, it may also be time for a new IP (yet again)

Diesel kleen did the trick. I'm pretty excited my first ip change. with no major problems only took 3 hours haha

^^^Don't we all......the stalling after rev problem could also have been a sticky metering valve. Either which way, you got it figured.
