6.9 IDI ATS turbo kit glowplug/controller problems

Hey everybody, this is my first time posting although I've been reading these forums for at least a year! I've started installing a used ATS turbo kit on my 87 6.9 IDI, my problem is where and how do I relocate the glowplug controller and the wiring. It doesn't seem to want to move very far once unbolted. Thanks!

Also I do not have the RH valve cover.

I moved mine to behind the passenger side battery. You will have to move the ground and lengthen one leg of the yellow wire.

Make that "lengthen one leg of the brown wire".

Ohhhhhh... so just lengthen the brown wire that goes to the left hand/driver side glow plugs, bolt the controller behind the battery, and it should be good. What type of wire did you splice in to lengthen it?

What ever was originally there IIRC, 10 gauge

Okay thanks man! This is my first diesel and I picked up the kit minus the crossover pipe for under 200$ all of it in good condition so I had to!

Yeah it seems to be pretty solid, the turbo has 0 wear at all!
