Picked up some ford 9" axles from trucks.
One from a 67 f100 and the heavier one from a 79 f150. Both have rotted tubes.

I thought about a spool but I've had them. It's non stop tire chirping everytime you turn.
I want excellent drive ability. Like there's not even a locker or a posi back there

This rear is getting expensive [emoji24].
Between the truetrac, coil overs, four link, disc brakes and new axles I'll be looking at like $2k and that's doing it all myself.

Damn. You might check with Currie. You might be able to buy the whole thing made to order for that kind of $$$$.

prices are ridiculous now a days, i remember when you could get a bearing and shim kit for 130 bucks, there over 300 now.
what are you going with?
trutrax, bearing kit, and gear set is an easy grand.

my PRO coil overs cost me about 350 a piece,
i sold the project i was going to use these on, so shoot me a length, maybe i can save you a bit of $$
and you could spend up to 600 on axles depending.

what are you looking at for brakes?
hint, when dealing with speedwaymotors.com, always check their race catalog first.

youre a DIY kinda guy, with your 4 link, you should look into grabbing johnny joints from summit.
there the cheapest ive found. for the swivels.
some DOM tubing, and donski

if youre not bagging it, urathane ends are the best.
i get my kits for other peoples cars here.

Awesome list. THANk you.
As for the length on shocks I'm not there yet.
So far I bought the truetrac from bronco graveyard for $450 on sale.

The triangulated 4-link I'm looking at eBay complete kits in the 2-300$ range

The disc brakes need to be 5 on 5 for Buick so mostly I find Chevy bolt patterns. I'm thinking of just ordering a generic kit and drilling the new bolt pattern in the rotors.

Get me the dimensions and part numbers and I'll look into it. I'm starting my coil over research now
