There's are some guys on youtube that will blow your mind with actual planishing hammers

Look up Lazze, Ron Covell and Tinmantech
For anyone who's interested, I followed this advice and found this video...and I'm blown away. Before this thread, I didn't even know what a planishing hammer was. I'm a novice on metalworking (other than grinding rust off of steel-hulled boats), but someday when I have a shop, I want one ;Sweet

ive done very little with metal working, but it has to be the best of the best in the fab world.
sadly, something i am not at this moment in time...

Weeeellllll. I got good news and bad news. Got an ls 5.3 for $200.
So that's going in the Buick now. I guess that's the end of this build thread.
