4r100 nonpto to pto swap HELP

I have swapped transmissions from a non pto to pto in my 2000 f350 the trans is a 2001 what all sensors need to be replaced to function correctly? My od light blinks and my speedometer does not work. I picked up the trans for cheap i did not plan on doing the swap but my old trans literally got split into pieces and had to have something fast.

ProPto vs non-pto shouldn't have anything to do with it.
You need to see what the codes are.

What codes? I was told the pto version has a different gear set and that the trucks had different pcm tuning.

Od light blinking means there's codes for the transmission.

Get the codes pulled. PTO and non PTO trannys are interchangeable. A flashing OD OFF light is the PCM telling you that there are issues that needs to be fixed.
