Those are the only right way to lower a ford with I-beams.

I have had a set of those on a ford ranger. They worked well. Alignment was a challenge with these, but I was able to get it. I worked in a tire shop and aligned it myself.

Then I airbagged the truck and it was never aligned again!

I also had a set of bell-tech dropped I-beams on a 94 f-150. Those seemed to be built better than the dream beams, but I think they don't make them any more....
