Like the title states, I have to install the 2nd glow plug controller in a month in my truck. All glow plugs check out ok. Any suggestions on what the prob could be?

Check your voltage at the passengers side Silniod and at the controller before and after running also do it with just te key on before start my guess is your key switch is still powering the gp controller and u may need a new key switch they tend to wear out alot on our trucks especially if you haven't done a push button start yet thats my guess I've seen it happen it has to be getting over worked in some way

Being that the truck is not at home where my garage is I dont have the correct tools handy right now to test. What I have found with a test light is it lights up on battery side of gpc. lights up with switch on on ign terminal. When should test light come on when placed on z bar?

when the key is in the WTS position. should be on when you are getting power to the ign terminal on the relay.

NOT happening. I am showing a ground on Zbar when key is on and power is on ign terminal.
