Not a lot of sound but the point is it lit off almost as soon as the glow plugs went out...

yeah i had to crank up the sound all the way to barley hear it myself, i dont know why.

Andy, two comments - I see your WTS light is blinking, did you rewire it at the controller relay? Also, you're idling way too low, actually that seems like a normal idle but after you drop off the high idle - are you sure your solenoid is working? You should be around 8-900 rpms when it's engaged. Oh yeah, in case you ever wanna wire in a manual switch for that, the high idle and the timing advance solenoids draw between 5A and 7.5A current, as yesterday when I installed mine I blew the 5A fuse but the 7.5A is holding up just fine.

WTS light blinks because i have a manual override switch, and i didnt actuate the high idle so thats why she was low on rpms. i also have the switch for the high idle, sometimes i actuate it, sometimes i dont.

Why not run automatic? Like you I got manual switches for both the glowplugs and the cold idle & advance, but I hardly ever use them, I just leave the controllers do their thing and it works good.
