I already changed the cam shaft sensor. Rolls over fine, just will not fire.. seems like only when motor is warm.. if i wait a long while for it to cool down, it starts right up. i checked glow plug solenoid with test light and it seems to be fine. what do you think?

Did you have to change the entire IPR or did you change the O'ring kit? And how much did it cost you?

We replaced the whole thing because the plug on the IPR itself was broke, which is something I've seen happen twice now. The metal locking-hoop comes loose, then the short harness vibrates/pulls upward on the now-loose plug and cracks the top plastic on the IPR plug.

If you can get a look at the IPR, see if the metal hoop is loose. If its secure, you may get away with just replacing the O-rings. If it's loose, good chance the plug is messed up on the IPR itself.
