I've tried them all, I use the parts number in the parts bin in the tech articles
I have the gates belt too, love them. But something is stretching it, I also have the steel tensioner but maybe it or idle needs ro be replaced. Thanks for the feedback man!Well I think I’ve got it fixed. (Now that I say this it will probably squeak tomorrow morning)
Changed tensioner and idler pulley to the nos steel pulleys instead of the plastic replacement ones that come with the tensioner assembly, just pulled them off a spare engine I had. Combined with a pricey gates racing line belt and no more squeaks for the last 10k miles

Gates belt eventually stretched out for me. I did some research and the amount they are stretching is normal, but the clamping force the open style tensioner is just not sufficient. I ended up pressing the bearing from out tensioner pulley into a custom oversized pulley and eliminated the issue that way. I sent a second pulley to another member for testing but haven’t hear anything back from him. If you want I can send you a pulley to try out.

I just have a $7 eBay belt on it now and haven’t heard a squeak since.

The bigger pulley gave it more surface area to ride onDo you think that a slightly shorter belt would have the same effect? Or is the bigger pulley doing something else than just making it tighter?
