1993 7.3 IDI no power

I own a 1993 F350 4WD cab and chassis flatbed with a 7.3 IDI and 5 speed transmission.The truck has 191K miles and it struggles to do 55-60 mph uploaded. I have changed fuel filters,resealed fuel rails, air filter, new exhaust ( factory ), New CDR valve and tank selector valve. I've swapped the mechanical fuel pump to electric. I am absolutely sure i do not have any fuel delivery issues to the injector pump. The truck starts great when cold, good oil pressure and no abnormal rattling.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Any smoke when you first start it or under wot?

Very little smoke when I start it and i haven't noticed any under WOT. It definitely isn't rolling coal.

Do you know if the injectors or injection pump have ever been replaced?

Unfortunately I don't. The injector pump does look original.

Worn pump and injectors are probably your issue then. Try advancing the pump a dimes width and backing out the screw circled in blue two and a half turns.
