I bought my 1991 E350 (Collins Super Bantam MiniBus) inoperable and less batteries, with the prior owner telling me the starter was dragging.
I bought batteries, and installed them, everything seems to turn on and off except it wouldn't crank.
I assumed the starter was dead, replaced it, and it still doesn't crank.
So, now I've spent about $300 trying to make it run and can't figure out why it won't crank. I've played with the gear shifter while the key is turned to start, thinking maybe the neutral safety switch was defective, still nothing.
Any ideas?
