The most secure shipping I have found in USPS Prority Mail.
I recommend you pay for insurance - probably $16 for shipping with insurance.
Figure $32 shipped.

USPS flat rate insurance is cheap, I put 300.00 worth of insureance on the timing meter I mailed yesterday, in a flat rate box. The shipping charge was 14.95 and withins. it was 17.48, but if you have to claim the ins. you have to prove purchase and cost. flat rate envelope for such a small part should be like stated, around 5 bucksand it goes any where the mail goes.
