1990 E350 4XPathfinder needs engine. Found 7.3 Powerstroke out of van. Swap?

I have a 1990 Ford E350 4X4 Pathfinder van with blown engine. It came with the original normally aspirated diesel. I have recently found a 7.3 Powerstroke pulled out of a wrecked newer van and I want to know how easily the Powerstroke might go into my 4X41990 van? the guy selling the 7.3 has the wiring harness radiator and all parts.

Any ideas or opinions?

Not easily at all. To get an answer we have to know what year the PSD is.

X2 on difficult swap. Yes, it can be done, just keep in mind that IDI's have almost no electronics, and Powerstrokes have electronics a plenty. It's doable, but an IDI swap is far easier/cheaper/straight forward.
