1985 f-250 with 6.9

i found a1985 F-250 pickup with the 6.9 litter in it, and i would like to now if $400.00 is a good price for it. the pickup has bad brakes and alot of dents but i am a body man so thats fix able. but the engine looks to be in good shape and has a new transmission in it. so please let me know if i should buy it.

Without a doubt I would jump on that deal in a heartbeat. They are good trucks, easy to fix if they break . I would do it
