Damn. I get excited when I break 14.

I can get 14-15 easy in my F250 (see sig). It honestly seems to get better mpg at 60-65 than 50-55.

The RV gets about 9.5 hwy mpg at 55mph. It has a 4.10 dually and ATS 085, while the F250 is 3.55 srw and NA. The F250 got exactly 10mpg hwy pulling an old 27ft trailer that was shorter than this RV is. Both are 6.9/C6 RWD.

So for what this RV is, it does pretty darn good.

I haven't seen above 13 for a very long time. My truck has been used as a daily on a 4 mile trip to and from work. And with a good 10min of idling before taking off. Warmup period combined with an urban driving loop is brutal.

I'm not, but I live in Calgary Alberta, north of the 49th parallel. At my brother's farm, about 4 hours north, he had ice in the bird bath this morning!

What is up with you Southerners?! Calgary is only 51 degrees North, and it's freezing? I'm at 64 degrees North and we haven't had frost in weeks!

I'm averaging, these days about 14-15 tank-to-tank. Lots of 10-mile cold trips hurt the mileage, longer trips unloaded help.
This is with 4x4, worn IDIT, stock IP cranked to the moon, Factory turbo, 4.10s ZF5, GV OD. Weight around 6600lbs.
Speeds usually 64 to 75 on the highway(depending on speed limit).

I've gotten as low as 10-11 on a tank before, hauling hay. Usually, towing is a smaller part of my tank, so even if I get 8-9 during that stretch, the tank average is higher.

With my '87 6.9IDI with a Banks, I get about 15MPG around town, and up to 17MPG on the highway if I hold it to 55MPH. With my '89 crew cab, I get about the same. Stock tires on everything.

Edited to add, my altitude is about 400 to 1200 feet.
