12 volt glow plug question

I understand most GPs are 6v, i'm looking for something to use as a heater right at the bottom of the fuel tank, it will be used to warm WVO just enough to get into a heat exchanger on the coldest of days, i'd like to install a thermostat and a dash mounted switch. And see what happens.

Look into peel and stick holding tank heaters for RV holding tanks. 12V powered and self controled. then you can use a fuel heater for veggie off the heater core loop to heat before filtering,... just my thoughts was what I was thinking about for my setup
