01 stroke low power

working on this for a friend and it seems kinda slow.

fuel pressure never drops below 50
max boost 16
egt 1000
oil pressure gets to 2700 at 39% ipr, is that kinda low?
has edge program, and power does get better with each stage, but just doesnt feel right.

also oil pressure barely gets to 2000 on level 3 wot and 600 on level 5 wot. this is measured with the scan tool and not a gauge. Is this just the programmer tricking the ecm for more oil pressure
