yup..that unfortunatly is also built better than the american automakers that sold their soul to outsource american jobs for a larger profit margine (and HMO style financing/pricing) im not thrilled that its a forgin (sp) owned company..but the ford dealers around here wouldnt budge on the...- Wanderer-rrorc

ford van camper turbodiesel/biodiesel 6.9 IDI
1985 E250 Clubwagon 6.9 Turbodiesel van. we've decided to slim down the paddock of vehicles..the 09 unlimited wrangler didnt hardly ever get driven..and even with TONS of room it just didnt have enough for all our gear and the twins/oldest's stuff too... so...its the vans turn...replaced...- Wanderer-rrorc

still have brake problems
I fought the brakes on my f350 (92 4x) AND my E250 (85 2x).... but I learned after the f350...after all new lines..all new rear hardware/cyl..I had a front caliper stick..so I swapped both sides...and that was where the problem was...dunno why..I have a pressure-bleader setup..should have...- Wanderer-rrorc

well a couple days of runnin.... and still havnt gotten a strech of clear road!!... its got a bit of a lope at idle in gear....thinkin im a bit to advanced?...more like a chug than lope...needs smoothed out a bit...;Sweet other than that...Im enjoyin the heck outta it!!- Wanderer-rrorc

well as per the reason I dont own a corvette....the drive to work today was like a parade...every SINGLE person that got infront of me..did 5mph UNDER the speed limit...:mad: Ive gotta adjust the trans vac modulator on the IP...its holdin the shifts too long.. did see her build boost on...- Wanderer-rrorc

New owner, many questions...
alrighty...since I found this.... my van got 14 with oversized tires but the same setup as yours...the turbo got me 15mpg..she gets better with WVO and WMO...about 16...new IP and injectors will show the gains in a few weeks.. my rear tank is 23gal..front is 18.. make SURE its the PS pump...I changed mine when I did the radiator...it turned out to be the FRICKIN STEERING BOX thats STILL leaking..(worse than before!).. get a fuel filter and a quart of ATF...when she needs changed..dump the ATF (should take almost all of the quart) into the...- Wanderer-rrorc

yup..the intake currently is just next to tur turbo..Im gonna make the intake tube pickup right at the cowl... I did have to redo a very little for the exhaust into the turbo..the part from the turbo OUT is all custom welded inplace so it would fit... I would agree with that...- Wanderer-rrorc
