    Zf-5 Grinding into 2nd and a little into 3rd.

    My trans was grinding into 2nd and 3rd(not as bad as 2nd) if i shifted too fast. I changed the transmission fluid to 3 quarts of Lucas semi-syn ATF and a quart of oil stabilizer.     I have a 1994.5(yes zf5), when i check the oil when its running there is a hazey smoke coming from the dipstick/oil cap(when its off).. I assume this is blow by? Truck has 160,000 miles. or is there something else thats causing this.
