Ok fixed that problem. Kinda haha. Thanks 94f450sd for your help. It was a combination of low oil in the HPOP and my bully dog chip. Ive been reading about the IPR and how it won't fire with out it. Is there a way to test it? I hear about a plinger that you can wire tie??..is that the brass piece in the rear of is? Should that piece move? Because mine doesn't, maybe it is frozen up from sitting for so long?- Muddinkev44

Ok so I topped off the HPOP and replaced the valve cover gaskets because the plugs were burnt. Put it all back together and still nothing. She cranks but no smoke. I'm at a loss right now. Not really sure where to go from here..- Muddinkev44

Hey guys. My 96 sat for 2 years in a barn and now won't start, obviously. The tank was empty so I put 10 gals of fresh fuel in. Threw 2 new batteries at it. Drained fuel in bowl and flushed jackets in head with new fuel. Checked all fuses and wiring for mice and all is good. Glow plug relay is...- Muddinkev44

Need to change fuel in 96
Hey guys, my truck has been sitting for almost 2 years and I need to drain all the fuel out of it. What is the best way to go about this?? Can I take a plug out of the head to let it drain out or is there another way I can do it? Thanks- Muddinkev44

Need Wiring diagram....no dash or tail lights
Hey does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 96 F250....I keep popping fuses when i turn my lights on....the dash, tail, marker lights wont work when i have my headlights on....if I turn them on they will stay on for about 30 seconds....any ideas.....it calls for a 15A fuse and i ran out of so I...- Muddinkev44

less restriction....true...but its going to be so minute because you prolly wont even notice a difference...for noise....prolly a little louder....i cant say from experience cause i havent had a muffler or cat on my truck since I got the thing....id say go for it...why now...it wont hurt it...- Muddinkev44

alright the verdict is in.....i melted one of the wires on the drivers side injector plug....fords got the gasket and harness in stock and im gonna get it tomorrow morning....my buddy who works for ford hooked it up to a scan tool and it read that there was a weak signal to the #6...- Muddinkev44

ok yesterday my truck started to sputter for about 5 seconds then it smoothed out...i didnt think too much of it cause it does that about 3-4 times a year....well i started it up tonight and about 30 second of driving it started again but it didnt go away...it will barely even let me start out...- Muddinkev44

Another noise my truck is making is when i did my new springs i used a 14mm 8.8 grade bolt and it squeaked everytime my suspension moved....so i replaced it with a 9/16" grade 8....and it is still doing it....it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!....i know they make greasable bolts that use sleeves but...- Muddinkev44

Squealing brakes
Back when i had my TTB my brakes squealed really bad....so i bought new ones...no sooner than 10,000 miles they were doing it again....now that i put the dana 60 in they were good for a while but theyre doing it again....my brakes are still like new....they have so much pad on them and i'd hate...- Muddinkev44

Twin Turbo Powerstroke
I saw a video online with a powertroke with 2 stock turbos....I have a few questions..... I have seen 2 types of turbo setup....one with a small turbo feeding the exhaust side of a larger one and one with both outlets going straight to the inlet to the engine....I would imagine the smaller...- Muddinkev44

yeah I agree it does sound like your tensioner....mine is also going bad....if you stand to the side and look at your pullys you will notice that the tensioner is probably cocked...your spring is going bad....mine is to the point that the pully is wearing into the bolt to keep it on the...- Muddinkev44

I had the same thing happen to me with my overload spring....I figured, well if im replacing springs i cant just do one corner....well if i do a set in the rear i mine as well do springs up front too....well if i do all new springs its cheaper to get aftermarket lift springs...well if i lift it...- Muddinkev44
