SOLVED. Thanks to greenskeeper. Glad that I didn’t dump a ton of money at it but before we did the H pop we replaced the IPR and that’s what it was

The items that they have a replaced are. They put a new fuel filter in. The camp position sensor was replaced with an aftermarket one and also an OEM one from Ford. The fuel rail oil pressure switch has also been replaced. I just gave my mechanic the IPR replace next. And we do have the tuner...
Thank you. I’ve passed the suggestions on to my mechanic. I guess every vehicle can be different but I just don’t feel that it would be the rings myself just for the fact that it is not hard starting at all and it doesn’t sputter it doesn’t give you a hint that it’s going to quit it’s as if...
About a month ago my F350 7.3 power stroke absolutely quit right in the middle of driving is if you shut the key of the vehicle off. I had it towed to a shop they replaced the fuel filter and it appeared to be running good. Once I picked it up I drove it for 15 to 20 minutes and once again ran...
Haha. Sometimes it’s fun to have a heavy right foot!!! On this trip I’m not pulling any heavy load just the truck and more than likely it will be set with cruise control the whole way down

I have a 2003 F350 7.3 power stroke. I just had a local diesel shop do some work on it they actually put a new driver side manifold on put new uppipes on flushed the coolant from the system and put the new serpentine belt idler pulley and tensioner pulley. My trip is going to be about 1400 miles...
When I would really get on it it would blow open and make the hissing sound and it would actually stay that way until I pre-much kind of let off the gas and let it close but I can’t even get it to do that anymore it won’t even open

I had a local shop put new glow plugs in my 2003 7.3 power stroke. My up pipes were also leaking so they replaced those with the new ones that I guess the flanges bolt together. They had to remove the turbo to do the up pipes and for some reason it doesn’t feel like it’s making boost they think...
And I only have one tank the other one was removed it does it whether the truck is full with fuel I actually don’t ever let it get below half really. I was thinking maybe the injection pump is starting to go

95 percent of time it runs perfect it’s hard explain what it’s doing every once a while when I’m cruising just down the road it acts as if I pushed the Excelerator down and it starts to take off. The motor is not running away because once I let off the pedal it goes right back down to idling...
1993 f250 IDI. The truck started something new when you start it it idols great for about 20 seconds then starts running really rough. stalls out. Then it takes about a minute of cranking to get it to start and idols fine. After that it runs fine.
Now it will run rough out of nowhere. No rhyme...
The guy I got my axles off disappeared. I actually paid him for my rear springs but it looks like I will need another set. Does anyone know of a source for a set and a good place to get the 4" blocks?
Thanks
I took that off my 92'.....the 93' 7.3IDI has had the cab replaced before with a 96' f150.....My 92' had 44 for the front but that is also a gasser so I will probably bump that up to 55....the rears I set at 65....I have about 500lbs of sand bags in the back
so I just swapped out the good tires I just got on the truck....the door states 44 front and 80 rear (cold).....44 front seems low to me.....is that correct.
The new tires are Michelin LTX M/S 235/85/16
That is awesome and I may actually do that in the summertime. I just picked these tires up the guys transmission went a month after getting these tires brand-new Michelin I believe LTX M/S. 10 ply on rims all four for $350. You always try to haggle little but I actually felt dirty trying to...
