Apologize for the delayed reply, I'll try and get you some measurements.
The 16cm exhaust housing works great. I installed a 1/2" flange spacer to help the compressor clear the exhaust manifold.
With the stock fuel pin, maxxed IP and 3200 governor spring I run 23-25psi boost. It spools nice...
Little update. Had a 3200rpm governor spring installed in the VE pump, along with some more adjustments to the fuel screw, star wheel, rotated fuel pin and trimmed the fuel pin bushing. Lots more power...torque in every gear. 25# of boost and manageable EGT's and smoke. Money well spent...
Looks great PapeCat. How crazy is it that our trucks are same year, just about the same color and even doing the Fummins. Mine bad the Alcoa's on it when I bought it 2 years ago.
The 1st gen Dodge Intercooler install is extremely easy. I opended up the core support a bit for inlet/outlet room...
How many engine to chassis and body grounds are there on a 87-91 Bricknose IDI truck? Did a Cummins swap from the IDI...thinking I missed a couple. Have a few accessories pulsing/causing phantom issues.
Even though its a Fummins, this is hands down the best source out there for 87-91 trucks...
Oh it happened...video to prove it :-)

No write up on seat install unfortunately, pretty straight forward, just tweak the legs, drill and bolt them in with fat fender washers. Going ti redo them eventually.
3" DP to a 5" Diamond Eye system over the rear axle for a 94-97 OBS Powerstroke. No muffler, a little cab drone, but it sounds solid with a turbo truck. Whistles Dixie...Leeland can vouch for it.
Have the same setup with the 6.9/Banks gated Sidewinder and now the 12v Cummins.
Good to see the 6.9 getting some love. I'll be there to help when the hard labor comes up. My week days and weekends will start to free up in June if you can stand to wait that long. Good seeing you today, next we will go for a cruise in the Fummins.
You gotta have some fun with a project like this. Glad you guys got a kick out of the Briggs sitting in there.
Update:
Truck is running and back on the road. Been driving it for the last 5 days and very pleased. Made a fuel adjustment to the IP and she makes nice poser, its a breath of fresh...
Darrin those look awesome, I bet the light output with those LED units is on par with the new rigs on the road. I'm just like everyone on here when I say I'm extremely jealous you were able to purchase a set and get them shipped over.
I was trying to figure out from the pics if a guy couldn't...
Yep I was on and off for a while there, interests changed and then finally got back to working on the truck again. Gathered parts for 3 months, took my time on prepping the engine too. This is a good group of folks here, I know some think its sac religious to swap in a Cummins...but its a...

Here's the donor for Leeland's 6.9. Engine ran solid, 20psi oil @ hot idle...he will have a nice setup with the pump, turbo and studs.
Haven't been on the forum in a while, but have been working on the truck. In the middle of doing the 12v Cummins swap in my 1987 F-350 Crewcab. Engine is a 92' 12v out of a Dodge 3500 with 198k on the clock. VE pump is fresh, I also took the time to reseal all the gaskets, including the head...
Plan on driving the 96' F-350 Powerstroke in my sig once I get it done. Don't really need two trucks, wife has a 2004 Tahoe we use as a family hauler. The 87' has been great, but I'm about done with it and time to pass the torch.
I'm actually getting ready to sell my 87' F-350 in my signature...however you'd have to be willing to travel and Im planning on asking more than your price range.
FWIW, low mile 3-owner rust free truck. Daily driver with all the extras and goodies guys want. Cream puff example really. Here's...
I had a caliper fall off due to re-using the pins after I lifted my truck. I was running 20" wheels...luckily I was just about to pull out of the driveway at work when the caliper blew apart after I hit the pedal. Never again will I ignore the little things....
I'm running a 6.9/Banks Sidewinder backed by a ZF5/BW1356 T-Case and GV OD. Rolling 4.10's and on 35's...more currently doing some experimenting with 37's.
The GV isn't really setup to split gears, it requires certain hydraulic pressure to properly engage when shifted. They recommend not...
