    You want the actual T444e set up from something like a school bus. All the light duty trucks have their own engine management computer integrated into the truck's wiring. The industrial version has the standalone computer and wiring harness.

    I doubt it. They're a really tight squeeze in the pickup frames. I don't see how you would be able to get them into a narrower frame. Aren't the F-super duty trucks factory equipped with some monster of a tank anyway?

    In my experience, the governor doesn't do anything other than stop delivering extra fuel. So no matter how much more you're asking for, it just can't deliver it. It should run strong all the way up to the governor and sit there all day long without losing power.

    It is nice, but not when it comes time to fill them both up (I have a F26E rear tank and a Super Duty front tank). I fill mine up from 1/4 tank and it costs me about $150. But, on the flip side of that coin, I can go around 1000 miles before I need to fill up again.

    I watched the driver's side axle slide right out of the axle housing on me today as I made a right hand turn into McD's... All 8 of the bolts that hold the axle to the hub sheared off somehow. She's at a shop now, hopefully getting fixed and not costing me an arm, leg, and left testicle...

    If 185 hp is your goal, then focus on the IDI and get yourself a good turbo, good IP and new injectors and call it a day. The PSD is an unnecessary evil in your life that will drain you of your bank account and will to live when it comes to cost of operating.

    I've never heard of a documented 1,000,000 mile IDI engine. I HAVE heard of documented 1,000,000 mile PSD's. It's all relative anyway. HP gains is not really a topic that really belongs in an IDI board, unless you're talking about hot rodding them... which is getting a little on the ridiculous side.

R134 oil is different and incompatible with R12 oil... your options would be to get some freon with the oil mixed into it, or just add a few ounces back into the compressor.     You know what? You're absolutely right. As a matter of fact, I hear engines come with brand new oil these days right out of the factory. There's absolutely no need to change it, since it "works from day one", right? If the oil is still there, it's still working. So don't fix what ain't broke...
