Looking at getting my second IDI this weekend. Not telling where or anything about her yet because I don't trust you guys :D

You sound like me with the junkyard! If I don't have to beat people off the 80's ford trucks with a .357, baseball bat and angry caged lion, then i'm doing that with PT Cruisers also!

I walk into a junk yard and start pulling stuff off an IDI and suddenly I am the area's diesel expert. "I have this problem with my truck.. "

As for what I did with my truck today?

PSD - Drove it to work as I do every day.
IDI - Walked past it and mumbled "one day soon buddy, one day soon."

I want to guess at it being a species of oak... but I'm not familiar with tree species that far south! LOL

Looks like oak.
But I'm not real familiar with identifying trees either.
We have a lot of oak in Oklahoma.

That's red oak, about 12,000lbs on a 4,500lb trailer. The Saturn did all the heavy hauling, just hooked up the ford for some good pictures.

Drove my buddy to the junk yard to find a few misc items and just to look around. discovered that at some point in the past my driver side front tire acquired a screw. Its been there a while cause the head is worn almost right off and level with the tread. That same wheel (different tire) decided to take a chunk of aluminum the size of my thumb home from the scrapper a while back.

Got new tires installed and fired the 93' f250 turbo up for the first time since I installed the filter to ip hard line. Glowed 1cycle and the truck fired up RIGHT NOW>;Sweet then roughened up a bit while the air worked out. Drove it around the block and tested the t-case, works perfect. The kids have to name every car so she is now named Lily  hard to argue with a 5yo girl wearing pink mud boots and a tutu....Needs shocks bad it rides like a hay wagon. But has lots of power and only smokes on acceleration. Brakes seemed really weak so I rode them around the block once and got the rust off of em, now they work fine. Getting tags later in the week.
