Has anyone added a headlamp relay harness to their truck? The reason I ask is my truck over the years has burnt up/melted the headlamp switch plug. When I replace it I would like to add the headlamp relay harness (Bronco Graveyard) to take the load off of the stock harness and headlamp switch.
Has anyuone done this? (Of course someone has...) What were your results? I am expecting to have brighter headlamps from this upgrade also.

It is a very common upgrade. I did it to my truck, and plan to do it to my old mans truck when I dive into the wiring.
Results were brighter lights since they didn't have to go through any burnt connectors at the headlight switch.

Installed the Bronco Graveyard harness around a year ago and it's been good. Think the difference in headlight brightness is slightly better but not super noticeable, I have LED fogs which were my solution for brightness issues... but the relay install is still worthwhile for wiring/electrical relief.

Only thing worth mentioning really is one side of the harness was slightly a tight fit, cannot recall which side but would be improved with an extra 2" or wiring. It has not been a problem though

Also looked into random e bay vendors and they're probably fine but would still recommend bronco graveyard

I installed two harnesses from LMC Truck (probably the same as the ones from Bronco Graveyard) into my two Bull Nose trucks. Since I also installed brighter lights at the same time, which is why I used the relay harnesses, I can't comment on the lights being brighter. I love them. They were easy to install and haven't given me any issues.

I think this is an upgrade everyone should do. There are some really good instructions online so it’s not hard at all to build your own harness.

That being said, I did not get the “night and day” results I was hoping for until I also replaced my headlight assemblies. That was probably the best $100 I’ve spent on this truck. The internal reflecting surfaces on my original headlights were just too far gone, so the relay didn’t help on its own.
