Went digging through a parts catalog, smallest comp wheel that can be found would be in this turbo and another. The comp housing cant be found for this one...

hx35 48/83mm comp

So next up is this one but is not as small as wanted...

hx35 49.96/78 comp

A comp housing can be found for this wheel...

hx35 comp housing for 49.96/78

Even dug around for one off a hx30 that I could take to someone to have machined, but this is the only genuine holset housing with the hx35 anti surge and v-band output that I could find...

hx30 comp housing with anti surge

So looks like this the only option I have for a comp wheel change, going from the 54/78mm 7+7 to this 50/78mm 6+6.

I found reason to get the 7+7 over 6+6 wheel. pictographs are a bit easyer to understand. That person above was making things a little bit more confusing, so went looking to the hx40 line for maps that would show what happens going from 7 to 8 count. What I see in these two examples, is that the heart of the cell moves to lower flow and gets more intense. So there is reason to not step to a 6 count, it would counter step down in size and not help where I want it to go. That 48/83mm 8+8 comp wheel I found, would had been what I wanted but no billet or matching housing found.

So went digging and found this 50/78mm 7+7 thats cheaper, and list as a matching aplication to that compresor housing. So thats what I ordered to try out on the turbos...

There is delays in getting the display set up to measure pressure, so need to push on and get the boost range fixed. That means one wheel is off...

Then two wheels are changed...

But there was complications on the second, that one got red lock tight and bit me when holding the wheel with a rag. So that down pipe had to come off, here a reason for why I chose not to shove a fat turbo by the firewall...

So now both wheels are on with red lock tight and tighten to two ugga dugga on my 3/8 impact, so there is no cheating to get them off again. So that gives me a better running state and see it only needing fuel now, I will try to make a effort to get set the egt at for doing that. Here is how it runs now...

~1000-1500rpm - There is a nice gental tung if light on the trottle and not sure when I try to give it, this is good enough for this range.
~1500-2100rpm - There is some boost stating but feel there is a lack of fuel to light off here, also there is noises I need to pick out when letting off the trottol here.
~1950-2350rpm - Its asking to send but need fuel to hammer down here, it will now jet forword if go from quarter to half throttol.
~2400+rpm - Hammer down can now do something but need to pump it once, it can be a fraight train now with more fuel.

I am happy with how the turbos are right now and dont see reason to move them down anymore, since they come in light and are a little bit progressive in the boost range they give. This mean I can pick the rpm range of where I want it around town, along with there being adiquet boost for back roads. The interstat is something else, she wants to sneak up to over 2900rpm and need to back off.
