I took the fuel system I built for my 93 off it before I sold it and putting it on my 94 CC with some upgrades. Holley blue, regulator, check valve, gauge. My RCLB 93 only had rear tank sk I got rid of FSV mounted filter beads where the front tank used to live and ran all new lines. The crew cab has 2 working tanks so I wont be ditching the FSV. How do you guys hook up after FSV. If memory serves me correct isnt it a push lok nylon plastic line? Want to do it the best way possible

I just use short pieces of fuel hose and hose clamps on the quick connect barb fitting. Then I slip the original nylon line up in the hose, or on one truck I ran steel line to the front, and just slipped the short piece of rubber hose over the steel line. The supply is 3/8 hose, the return is 5/16.

The factory fuel line fittings are called called Bundy fittings. You can find them in brass and plastic on amazon or eBay and several of the sellers offer adapters to get out of bundy to npt or AN.
