I Suspect I need a new filter stem for my front fuel tank sending unit. Anyone know of a good quality one out there? Reviews I've read seem bad.
I've heard that's a popular thing to do if your doing a lot of high way driving, what did you do with the spare tire cause I don't think that it could still fit under there with the larger tank.Lol. Had a similar issue with my rear tank, so I ran it almost empty and dropped the tank and replaced it with a 38 gallon bronco tank and fabbed up a new sending unit and pickup tube.
Thank you for the idea.I used brass T on mine.

So no need for a screen?Don't have a pic anymore, but this should give you the idea.
I slid the hose on but left the clamp loose, then set the sender in place so it would push the hose on where it needed to be. Pulled it then tightened the clamp. You must be registered for see images attach
