Yeah it sounds exactly like a valve not sealing the valve guides wear out. I wouldent be surprised if its leaving a valve stamp on the piston.- Truck#3

running without a cdr or rdt? will it hurt anything?
I've done it before with just taking the oil fill cap off to let the gas out when I took it for a test drive. I would not recommend it because I made a mess of my engine bay.- Truck#3

Sea Foam
I would not recommend running straight seafoam since it has no lubricating properties its prolly better the mix it in them fuel tank. ive done it in the fuel filter once and put half atf in there. it cleans everything out good my truck ran way smoother- Truck#3

revs on cold start
