Rally location/date poll
@Danielle I casted my vote for the 16th because talking with the wife we have something local the week of the 23rd. With that being said our trek down might be a little dependent on fuel prices too. Depending on the date decided and the hope that fuel prices stabilize or better yet drop...- tjsea

2022 Rally
We'd be in as long as it isn't the week of July 16th. Megan has a friend's bachelorette party that weekend. Of course I'll have to talk it over with the wife and crunch the financial numbers first but hopefully we can make it work! Keep us posted asap so we can make sure we can get off work.- tjsea

08 axle in 1993 f350
I'm pretty sure the newer superdutys had 1/4in brake lines from the master to the rear hose. You might want to double check this. I think the idea of the larger line was because of the rear disc brakes requiring more fluid and the distance it needed to run.- tjsea

If you are talking about the angle on the teeth, that is machined into the flywheel from the factory. It helps the starter and flywheel teeth line up as the starter is engaging. How hot is too hot?
I've actually wondered about this myself. I know the psd uses a bypass blocker on their thermostat and I've always read that if someone installed a thermostat without it in a psd they would overheat under load. I've often wondered that the lack of it in our engines may be the root of the issue...- tjsea

What Gear Oil Do You Run in Your Diffs...
Speaking from experience don't add the Amsoil friction modifier unless you have chattering issues. That is what I remember reading on their site back when I did mine. So if I'm reading this right, you drilled and tapped the turbine housing for the wastegate? The wastegate should reference off of the boost pressure, not the drive pressure. Drive pressure is always higher than boost. There is usually a port on the compressor housing, or it can be pulled from a...- tjsea
