7.3 IDI won't start...
FIXED. The harness had really bad corrosion in the main connector on the fender... Everything worked except the pump... thanks for the suggestions though.- 445TDF-series

all fuses underhood look good. My multimeter is on the fritz so I can't test it that way. I'll hook a test light to it....- 445TDF-series

7.3 IDI won't start...
Need my 92 7.3 for work earlier than expected tomorrow. Was in working on the truck's harness removing the old glow plug controller and plugged it back in and the truck won't start. Has manual glow plugs. IP doesn't click if i remove the little top terminal like it used to... no blown fuses. Am...- 445TDF-series

Prosport gauges?
Anyone have any experience with prosport gauges?? I like the LED lighting and the auto self calibration the gauges go through. I also really like the autometer Nexus series that have the whole gauge flash red when a set warning point is reached (i.e. 1,250* or 15lbs boost or 210* etc). BUT to...- 445TDF-series

Front tire exploded!!
0zone that exits also starts to break down rubber and make small cracks... so just because it is away from the UV's it is still in contact with 03- 445TDF-series

Fixing front crank seal?
so i don't need to take apart the front end?? Jusr shroud and unbolt the fan? Is there an easy way to remove the clutch and fan as a whole? Last time i tried the special wrench spun the pulley with the belt on... does the dampner just slide off then i just pop out the seal?? While i'm in there...- 445TDF-series

Fixing front crank seal?
Is that a typical leaking point? I can look up and it looks like it is starting from where the vibration dampner is mounted. Is the job really difficult overall if i leave on the front cover?? I need a new bumper so taking the old one off eventually is going to happen. To replace the crank seal...- 445TDF-series

Fixing front crank seal?
I just have filled the oil up 2 qts because of a loud ticking noise it makes when the oil gets low about 2 weeks ago or so. I just today had the noise come back and ended up having to fill up the oil up about a gallon. I waited 10 min on level ground for all the oil to return. I leak about a...- 445TDF-series

No wastegate..turned up fuel...
the ip and injectors are all original it looks like at over 200k on them. I turned it down 2 half turns of the allen and it smokes a lot less and it decent.... pyro remains about the same....- 445TDF-series

Well I was tired of being so slow on hills so today I turned the pump up 4 turns on the allen wrench screw, and disconnected the wastegate just to see 'what she would do.' Just wondering... WOW. inst. panel LED warning.
I should have specified...i may do the leds for the warning lamps, not ones that dim. The illumination will be the bulbs. I just can't see the darn wrning lights when they come on, which usually isn't too often... good thing. But since the dinger doesn't come on when something is wrong, it is...- 445TDF-series

Loud tick and odd intake noise
I was going to work this morning and noticed a really obnoxious LOUD tick. Wow those are some expensive LEDS... i think i may stay with the ones i have... I'll see what i can do to wire them up w/o frying... I may buy one of those fancy ones and see if there is a big difference...but right now the truck has bigger issues... Curious how the LEDS i have now will fare...- 445TDF-series
