Replaced the heater core. The truck has the high output heater and dealer installed AC so it made it especially difficult. It literally took all day.
Sounds awesome!! Lol, good thing you had a cooperative stunt driver!!Started her up for the first time in two to three weeks. Confirmed the batteries are weak but still got it going [emoji1303]
Hauled some garbage off then made my daughter do a drive by so I could see what I thought about the straight pipe from a 'pedestrian' point of view.

What kind of blaster do you use?More parts through the blast cabinet and powder coat in an effort to defeat our northern salt conditions. First two pics are before & after battery box support. All parts coated with zinc rich primer and weatherguard powder. You must be registered for see images attachYou must be registered for see images attachYou must be registered for see images attach

What are you using for the window? I have the same cabinet. I run a shop vac with drywall bag on it and have a small air filter on the back for incoming air to keep the dust down. I replaced the gloves with something recommended on amazon. I have a blue HF water separator on the front for incoming air. I relplaced the gun with a Campbell Hausfield from tsc. It’s a lot better than the Hf gun but I feel like it could be improved. My biggest issue is the window. I’ve been using tear offs and they work okay but it’s a PITA to change them so you don’t change them often enough and you end up working blind in short order.Initially bought Harbor Freight cabinet however it's been a long road of trial & error / lessons learned between what was bought vs what I'm now using. I replaced the gun, gloves, and glass configuration + added shop vac / water trap for the exhaust and double coalescing filter to eliminate moisture from incoming compressed air. Works pretty good now....... Mostly use coal slag (black beauty or black diamond) or glass bead.
