and I was under the impression that it's no longer available in any event.

And, a few detail pics of the T-19 greaseable throw-out bearing...it really would be a beautiful thing if a version of this for the ZF5 existed...

it's no longer being made, but there are plenty around, IIRC I got mine NOS from ebay for under $20

you could probably drill the snout and press a fitting in to make it work, I've thought about it if I ever swap in a zf

For those with squeaky bearings I highly recommend checking your flywheel run-out, our crank flange bolt pattern makes this a problem. If you have a squeaky TOB and a "grabby" clutch , this is likely your issue.

My new clutch and turned flywheel were great for about 6 months then I guess my flywheel warped because it's back to shaking when I take off.

My scout and international pickup had the same flywheel setup and never any problems.

Also the crank flange can be out. I have seen this on two IDI cranks. After many years and hundreds of thousands of miles, the blank part of the flange (without the bolt hole) ends up being a thousandth or two thicker than the part with bolts. This 1 or 2 thousandth at the flange turns into 10 or more at the edge of the flywheel, giving you that grabby clutch. I fixed mine by grinding a slight bevel on a flywheel shim, the result? buttery smooth clutch operation. Turning the crank flange would be another option, if you are willing to take the crank out.
