Go straight up! Hood stack hood stack hood stack!!!
Unfortunately, in most places a hood stack on a road driven vehicle is ILLEGAL!!!!! It can obstruct your view, and the biggest thing, is it can/will introduce combustion gasses/exhaust into the passenger compartment. This is why most exhaust extends back to at least the end of the passenger compartment.

I'd throw a smaller exhaust housing on that hx40 first though.
Greg, could always make a just mod the end of a psd downpipe. Unless you already have one you plan to use.

Notes and observations:
That loud tiking-i thot it was a rod bearing! Turns out its the smf hitting the inspection cover.
Was running out of daylight so just drove it.
2-i need a real lsd-getting a detroit true trac asap!
3-the luk clutch is suuuper light to operate compared to the stock unit
4-hydroboost definitly feels weird conpared to my vacuum booster, probably still have air in it
5-i need to get this thing DONE

Drop dead ****... thought I heard a bit of turbo whistle too... trailing arms under an OBS... props all around! Mustang sounds nice too... E cam and flowmaster 40s?
the whistle was a cop car around the corner. There was a chase and the guy ended up in a ditch here..i dunno was really strange, i live on a dead quiet private road. I thought they were comin for me! Lol
Stang is a flat tappet a351cam, carbed, long tubes h pipe and flowmaster 44s
shes getting a 5.3 gm ls in it, t56 and cobra irs.
Truck definitly rides different than the old 2wd frame, stiff thats for sure!
