I use dielectric grease on the seal of electrical connectors, spark pluhlg boots, and sometimes window weather stripping. Works great when installing them.

It doesn't make any sense that you put an insulator inside a spark plug boot and you still have spark to the plug. If I used liquid electrical tape, I'll bet that wouldn't happen.

Well, the spark plug is grounded by the engine, and electricity is provided to just the tip of the plug. The dielectric grease on the boot is, or should only be getting on the ceramic, so the boot slides on all the way.

Hey, everything was good this week, but yesterday i started my truck to go for a ride, and after 20 minutes i stopped it for dinner, after maybe 5-6 hours when i went to start it again it the batteries where low as hell it cranked real fast, the temp was around-10 celcius, wich normally she’s fine, any idea why? She’s still charging the batteries just fine,

Did she start up? Low batteried and fast cranking do not usually go hand in hand.

If you are measuring battery voltage while cranking, it is normal to see the voltage dip, even to 9v in some cases.

What are sparkplugs? I have heard of glowplugs. :)
As far as I know, all four wheelers sold in the US had spark plugs except for the Polaris Sportsman diesels that were sold for a few years in the 90s and maybe into this century.

What condition are your battery cables in? Have you done any voltage drop test on those cables and the ground side of the system?
Battery cables can do some very strange things at times. Last summer I started mine and ran it ten miles to a field (I farm) went to go home and truck was dead as far as starter was conserned. Long story short the positive terminal on right side battery was bad. Looked fine from outside but was bad where wires went into the end.
