Grabbed a rusty spare rim for the trailer, cleaned it up and painted it. I'll get a new tire to replace the bald one and keep the bald one for a spare. You can see the air through the cracks in this tire o_O

I decided it was a good day to finally clean the truck out. Found the last piece of the old grille with the missing snap!

I've posted it before, but I'm going to share it again. I noticed how well these screens catch bugs and keep them out of the radiator. I intend to have one on every vehicle I'm able too. The radiator in the truck at work is packed with bees and the fins are all bent. Don't need to worry about it with this!

I would like to get one of those screens for my 87'. Where did you buy yours from? Thanks

70 bucks?

For that price, if I do mine, I'll be using some gorilla tape, and some cheap plastic screen from lowes. LOL

For just screen I would too! LOL

I originally bought it for the "grille blanket" to use in the winter. I was mainly doing a 10min drive to work at the time and it was nice to have.

Thank you,The link worked for me. Is it universal cut to fit?

Rock

It SHOULD be the correct one for 87-91. Has the screen, a "blanket" for winter, and both glue on and screw in snaps.

I finally got my water separator mounted on my 87' yesterday. I welded up some scrap steel for the bracket, and used U bolts to secure the head to the bracket. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. All that is left now is to run the new fuel lines all around after putting the tanks back in.

Today I replaced the return lines and fuel filter on the 88'. Started right up, and ran better but just as I was going out the driveway with it, It ran out of fuel. Both pickups fell off, and I only knew about the other tank at this time of course, lol.

I just have that on there until the new master gets here from Napa.

Ah, fair enough. You using one from a f-super? If you are you should make sure you get the proportioning valve off a non f-super.
