I had one in my 66 Ford f100. It was out of a mustang. I’ve never seen automatic floor in a truck from factory. Can you look from underneath and see if trans tunnel looks factory where it mounts.
The proportion of the shifter sure looks right though. Maybe you have a prototype.

I'll have to do some more investigating. I'm thinking about picking it up but I'm curious if there's something funny going on or if it's factory.

That looks a bit like the one from a aurostar with the bezel spun around

If it was factory, I don't think that the plastic part on the driver's side where the ink pens are would overhang the trans tunnel like it does in the picture.

I noticed that but thought it might just be shadowing.

I'm thinking it was a t19 to c6 conversion and that's how they did that without changing the column because the tunnel is raised where the t19 shifter would be. Have to look at the door sticker at the trans code

That's a bullnose interior, truck or maybe a bronco. If you have the opportunity to examine the vehicle, the steering column and or dash might yield clues??? No signs of 4x4 therefore more likely a pickup. Must be an xlt or lariat with wood grain, AC, & cruise.
