The part number is 93001. You can do a search. Just put the number and the word gasket in the search. Summit has it. T-04 GASKET. Banks would be no help.

Just thought of something else. Do yourself a favor and weld in a V-Band flange at the top of the downpipe. Then you wont have to mess with those bolts on the turbo outlet. The original air filter on the Banks really restricts air flow. I got rid of it on mine, added an intercooler and 4" exhaust (muffler delete), also did the cartridge air filter. Made a huge difference letting the engine breath easier.

Thanks again. And good idea what do you do about the back of the turbo to connect the two?

Dry fit and--So you have the downpipe bolted up as normal. Just find a spot where the v-band will fit and be accessible. Mark pipe, cut and weld flange and forget about the bolts to the turbine the next time you might have to pull the turbo.(there's some that are a real b to remove) I also put a v-band on the other end to connect to the 4" exhaust. Check this out, might help since it's pretty much the same turbo -

Anyone happen to know the diameter of this pipe, going up to the turbo from the exhaust Y pipe? 1st Gen banks turbo.

I need to buy a new clamp, I forgot to measure it. On a trip right now and hope to tackle it when I get back on Wednesday.

I agree. u-clamps suck. Downpipe on mine with the 1st gen Banks is 3". Don't know if yours for sure would be the same.

Awesome thank you. Do you have any pics but chance? I am going to to that those two back bolts are a pain. Did you just weld the other v band flange to the back of the turbo?

You should have the up-pipe and flange for the banks from the donor engine. If you didn't get that with the turbo then you'll have to fabricate the y-pipe, and the flange you can get on ebay and weld. The center cartridge on the Banks is the same as Garrett TO4B. There's some pics just paste-

and that'll give you my build. Not too much about turbo, more about intercooler, etc. But it might help. Here's a pic. T v-band is under the heat shield just below where the hose clamp is.

When you get the measurement, buy a accuseal band clamp for it. Ubolt clamps are the devil.

Got one.. and installed it.

This is like playing whack a mole, now I believe I am hearing a leak where this pipe connects to the turbo at the back of the engine. I'm not looking forward to trying to get at those bolts.

Also, with my exhaust manifold bolts, I simply busted those loose, cleaned the threads and re-torqued them, leaks gone...

Since I have to go back in there... anyone know if the aluminum anti-seize works with all the heat in this area? Should I bother putting it on the studs/nuts.

I would use a anti seize. Higher the heat rating, the better.
You can use a leave blower or shop vac set to blow I to the exhaust pipe.
And look for soot.

Take an old wrench, heat and bend it (see pic) helps get to those bolts back left I think where there's no room to turn a wrench. And I replaced some with allan bolts instead of studs because the tool (long hex bit) fits where a socket and extension doesn't.
