WTB highboy Divorced Np205 Xfer case crossmember

Well hours of knuckle busting at PNP and 25 bucks later, I got one.

So yeah looks like the highboy crossmember is around 4 inches narrower than the bricknose frame. Plan is to use my press brake to bend up some plate/strap to widen the crossmember and allow it to bolt in/out easily if need be. Should be as beefy or beefier than stock. Planning on getting thrust links on the np205 as well.

IMO, you should make mounting plates on either side of the frame to beable to bolt this in without modifying the xmember.
or just make a new x-member.

yup I agree. I'm going to bend up some plate to bolt into both the frame and xmember so it will be removable. Thank goodness for the swag offroad press brake kit.
