Wrong size injector line or wrong type.....

I got my engine tore down it has a rubber hydraulic hose on injector #6 you could hear a slight miss when it was running,Firing too late and heres what it looks like,You can see the carbon deposit on the front edge of the piston..

I will be getting them pop tested if I can find a shop close or build one when I get some time to confirm its the problem.
